Working principle.
Conveyor belt is arranged under the electronic weighing device, the weight of the material on belt conveyor, acting on the weighing sensor, voltage signal to produce a proportional to the belt load and sent to the integrator. At the same time, integrator accepted by the speed signal speed sensors, are processed by the integrator in microprocessors, generate and display the instantaneous flow and cumulant. The flow is compared with the set flow rate, the integrator output signal to control the frequency converter, so as to realize the quantitative feeding requirements.
