Product Introduction:
DB-100 tear switch can provide an alarm signal to the monitoring personnel or shut down the conveyor when the belt is torn, punctured, damaged at the junction, or protruding from sharp objects. The tear switch is installed in pairs on both sides, connected by two sections of aviation steel wire ropes with ethylene jackets. One end of the rope is fixed to the support bracket, and the other end is connected to the pull ring of the tear switch. Two pieces of wire rope form a closed loop under the belt, and when an object or torn belt is suspended and one or both wires are swept down, a fault is detected. Due to the force acting on the wire rope, it pulls out the pull ring shaft outward but causes the self pin handle to bounce upwards. At this time, two micro switches inside the machine sound an alarm or turn off the conveyor. After troubleshooting, press down on the self locking handle to reset the camshaft inside the machine and wait for startup.

Applicable scope:
Various types of belt conveyors Installation and debugging:
▲ The tear switch is set between the buffer rollers under the receiving section tape. Install the bracket and tear switch, and the pull ring of the tear switch should be at the same height as the edge of the tape. If the height is not enough, add a pad iron or channel steel under the bracket. After measuring the height, weld the bracket and support firmly.
▲ Hang a restraining rope, with one end threaded through the pull ring of the tearing switch and fastened with a cable buckle, and the other end threaded through the circular hole in the middle of the tearing switch bracket for use. Install two tear switches and hang two restraining ropes, then buckle the two restraining ropes together at a 30 degree bend. Tighten the restraining rope in the middle hole of the brackets on both sides and then tighten the cable buckle. The tightness of the cable is generally suitable for triggering the switch at 0.9Kg When the tape sinks under severe loads, it should be kept at a distance of 5mm to 10mm from the cable.
